Choose Dar al Taqwa Hotel or Grand Plaza Badr al Maqam Hotel, opposite Baab Fahad of Masjid e Nabawi Shareef. The eight-night stay allows time for 40 prayers in Masjid Nabawi, Insha Allah.

Makkah · 25–28 November · 3 nights

Anjum Hotel, opposite Baab Abdullah of Haram Shareef, Makkah Mukarramah.

What’s included

Flights & transport

  • Economy-class PIA flights: Lahore to Madinah, returning from Madinah to Lahore only. The airline has cancelled the Jeddah-to-Lahore return option.
  • Haramain high-speed train from Madinah to Makkah on 25 November.
  • Air-conditioned chartered SAPTCO buses for Madinah airport arrival, Madinah ziyaraat, hotel and train-station transfers in both cities, and Makkah ziyaraat. There is no return transfer to Jeddah airport.
  • The group returns from Makkah to Madinah by high-speed train for the Madinah-to-Lahore flight.

Meals

  • Buffet continental breakfast in either Madinah hotel. Lunch and dinner in Madinah are not included.
  • Half board at Anjum Hotel in Makkah: breakfast and dinner. Lunch is not included.

28 November · Return journey

Travel from Makkah back to Madinah by high-speed train and return to Lahore on PK748. Madinah is the only return airport; the Jeddah-to-Lahore option has been cancelled by the airline.

  • Deduct PKR 40,000 if you already have a visa or intend to obtain a tourist visa, as set out in the brochure.
  • Deduct PKR 188,000 if you arrange your own air ticket / self-travel.
  • Triple and quad sharing are intended for families of three or four. The group does not arrange extra participants to complete a room.

Registration & important details

Everyone wishing to join must complete the November Umrah 2026 registration form ↗. Submit the required documents, arrange payment with the office, and obtain confirmation. Submitting the form alone does not confirm a booking.

Documents & confirmation
  • High-resolution scanned copy of a Pakistani passport, valid until at least 30 May 2027, and a copy of the NADRA ID card.
  • Two photographs, 4 × 6 cm, on a white background; ladies must wear a dupatta, as specified in the brochure.
  • Pay the full package amount and obtain confirmation. The full brochure contains the designated bank-payment instructions. Send the original deposit slip to the office within two days and obtain a receipt.
Room arrangements, personal expenses & security
  • Settle telephone, laundry, and room-service bills before departure.
  • Keep hotel rooms locked and valuables in hotel lockers; arrange room cleaning in your presence.
  • Nearby rooms for family members cannot always be guaranteed. Rooms may be on any floor; hotels have lift facilities.
  • Triple and quad rooms are generally the same size as double rooms. Extra beds may be smaller.
Travel responsibilities & cancellation
  • Group management is not responsible for inconvenience caused by flight or traffic delays.
  • Tag and handle your luggage, complete customs requirements, and keep cash, valuables, and travel documents in your custody.
  • Each traveller is responsible for immigration, airline check-in, and boarding. The group is not responsible if immigration or boarding is denied.
  • Follow the schedule supplied by group management.
  • Cancellation charges apply according to the actual airline, visa, bus, and hotel costs incurred.
Preparing for Umrah & travelling together

Read the published books on Umrah to understand the requirements of Ihram and Umrah. The journey requires physical endurance, patience, and mental stamina. Please be patient and helpful to other pilgrims.

The group is served by family members and volunteers. Group members are welcome to help and are asked to cooperate with the arrangements and guidelines.
