The original brochures include registration and deposit instructions from the booking period; those instructions do not indicate that places are currently available. Dates, hotels, itineraries, and prices below are tentative, as stated in the brochures.

Self-travellers must join the group in Madinah on their itinerary’s arrival date. Hotel check-in is at 4 pm; early check-in is not available.

Services & arrangements

Mina, Arafat & Muzdalifah

  • Category A camp in Mina Zone 1, near Jamarat, for the nights of 14, 16, and 17 May, with sofa beds and air-conditioning.
  • Air-conditioned Category A camp in Arafat on 15 May (9 Zilhajj).
  • Full-board buffet meals in Mina and Arafat; a packed meal in Muzdalifah.

Transport & visits

  • Chartered SAPTCO buses during the Hajj period, as detailed in the brochure.
  • Madinah to Makkah by high-speed train on 12 May for the 10-day group or 10 May for the 13-day group.
  • Ziyaraat around both Madinah and Makkah.
  • Madinah airport-to-hotel and Makkah-to-Jeddah-airport bus transfers for those travelling with the Lahore group only.

Meals in the hotels

  • Dar al Taqwa, Madinah: half board (breakfast and dinner).
  • Dallah Taibah, Madinah: full board (breakfast, lunch, and dinner).
  • Novotel Thakher, Makkah: full board, except while camping in Mina, Arafat, or Muzdalifah.

Other included services

  • Hajj visa and application handling, including Hajj fees and taxes.
  • Hajj Qurbani through the Adahi / Nusuk platform.
  • Abaya and scarf for ladies; Ihram for gents.
  • Shoulder bag, umbrella, and a sleeping bag for Muzdalifah.
  • Required vaccinations are described in the brochures as available through Haji Camps in Pakistan.

Air tickets are not included in the listed package prices. Medical costs, insurance, and domestic travel are also excluded.

Tentative itinerary

The days of Hajj

The groups arrive and travel to Makkah on their respective dates above. Umrah is planned on the day each group reaches Makkah, with shuttle buses provided.

14 May · 8 Zilhajj

Proceed to Mina, Category A camp in Zone 1.

15 May · 9 Zilhajj

Arafat in Category A camp, followed by the night in Muzdalifah between 9 and 10 Zilhajj.

16 May · 10 Zilhajj

Return to Novotel Hotel for approximately eight hours, then return to Mina.

16–18 May · 10–12 Zilhajj

Stay in Mina, Category A camp in Zone 1. Tawaf e Ziarah / Hajj Saee is planned for the evening of 17 May.

18 May · Evening

Optional Ghar e Hira climb, described in the brochure for those able to climb 1,000 feet.

19 May · Morning

Tawaf e Wida. Ziyaraat around Makkah is included in the itinerary.

20 May · Departure

Depart from Makkah. Bus transport to Jeddah airport is provided for those returning to Lahore with the group.

PKR figures use PKR 280 per USD and may be revised if the exchange rate changes significantly. Prices remain tentative until camp, hotel, bus, and train contracts are finalised.

Estimated additional Saudi Airlines airfare from Lahore: PKR 430,000 for the 10-day itinerary and PKR 400,000 for the 13-day itinerary. The brochures state that exact airfare is expected in March 2027.

Key conditions for confirmed pilgrims
  • A machine-readable Pakistani passport valid until 16 November 2027, with at least two empty pages, is required by the brochures.
  • A digital photo, 4 × 3 cm, with a light-blue or white background is required; ladies must wear a dupatta. Complete Saudi Visa Bio biometrics when instructed by group management.
  • The published deposit was USD 3,000 per person within one week of acceptance. New bookings are now closed.
  • The selected hotel and double / triple / quad option cannot be changed later. Extra beds may be smaller, and room size may be the same as for a double room.
  • Adjacent family rooms cannot be guaranteed. Settle personal hotel bills before departure and keep valuables securely.
  • Travellers are responsible for luggage, customs, immigration, check-in, and boarding, and must follow the group schedule. Flight and traffic delays are outside group management’s responsibility.
  • Meals meet general group requirements; personalised diets cannot be prepared. Hotel meal times and rules apply.
  • The brochures contain health, assistance, medication, and vaccination requirements. Read them in full and confirm current requirements with the group and relevant professionals.
  • Cancellation refunds depend on visa / ticket issuance and whether a substitute pilgrim is possible. Where substitution is possible, visa and ticket cancellation charges apply. See condition 24 for the full policy.
