1. International Passport (valid till 31st May 2026) and NADRA ID Card (Copy) is required. All those interested should immediately deposit Rs 300,000 per person and take confirmation from our office. Balance payment required by 20th Jan 2025.
2. 2 Photographs required (4 x 6 cm) (light blue background) (ladies must wear dupatta).
3. Our package does not include Sehri in Makkah Hotel and Sehri or Iftari in Madinah Hotel.
4. All payments must be made in our Account No 0115124929020 Titled Almas Zaka-ur-Rehman Pvt Ltd in Al Baraka Bank. Cash / DD / PO can be deposited in any Branch of Al Baraka Bank within Pakistan, however payment by cheque must be deposited in the city where the cheque has been issued. Send the original deposit slip to our office within 2 days and take our receipt for confirmation.
5. Group members must settle their personal telephone / laundry / room service bills before departure.
6. For security reasons, hotel rooms must be kept locked at all times. Valuables should be kept in hotel lockers which are free of cost and you should get your room cleaned in your presence.
7. It is not always possible for group management to give multiple rooms next to each other for family members. Rooms may be given on any floor, and all the hotels have lift facility.
8. Group management is not responsible for any inconvenience due to flight and traffic delays.
9. Group members are requested to properly tag their luggage, get custom clearance at all airports according to government regulations & handle their baggage during the whole trip. Group
management is not responsible for any baggage lost in transit. Keep your cash / valuables / travel documents in your hand baggage and keep them in your custody during transit.
10. Group members are responsible for Immigration, Airline Check-in and boarding on the Aircraft. If a group member is denied immigration or boarding the aircraft, the group is not responsible. During traveling, always follow the schedule given by the group management.
11. Group members are requested to read the published books on Umra so that they understand the requirements of Ihram and Umra. The holy journey of Umra requires physical endurance, patience and mental stamina. Pilgrims are requested to be patient and helpful to others.
12. There will be a cancellation charge related to Airline Tickets, Visa Charges, Buses and Hotels.
We will charge cancellation according to the charges incurred. 
13. We are all guests of Allah Almighty and the group management makes its best effort to serve you during this trip. The management consists of volunteers and group members are welcome to help us in this voluntary service that we are providing. If you are unable to volunteer, the best you can do is to follow all the rules and regulations set forth above.
14. Reduce the price by Rs 38,000 if you already have a Visa or intend to take a Tourist Visa
15. Reduce the price by Rs 187,000 if you intend to arrange your own airline tickets.
