1. The prices mentioned in the package are tentative since agreements with hotels, airlines and other service providers are not finalized yet. The prices will be finalized by April 2025 Insha Allah. The deposit $2000 will be transferred in our Rs account however the balance payments will be in our US $ account as a remittance from abroad for at least 50% of our group.
2. Machine Readable Pakistani Passport valid till 6th Dec 2025 with at least 2 empty pages is a mandatory requirement for all Hajj Applicants. Original Passport or high res image must be given by 1st Apr 2025.
3. 2 Photographs required (4 x 3 cm) (light blue background) (ladies must wear dupatta).
4. Complete the biometrics on the Saudi Visa Bio App as soon as possible to process your Hajj visas.
5. Our services do not include the following expenses: Qurbani, Medical, Insurance & Domestic Travel. 
6. The group management cannot arrange special flights for any group member other than the flights arranged for the group. For Overseas Pakistanis, if you wish to join us directly in Saudi Arabia, then you must inform us at the time of booking. In this case, our package cost will reduce by US $1200 in lieu of the Air Ticket and it will be your responsibility to join us in Madinah Munawwarah on 31st May and fly back from Jeddah on 9th / 10th / 11th June (we can recommend flights based on your location).
7. The package Double / Triple / Quad and hotel chosen by the intending hajis cannot be changed later on.
8. Group members must settle their personal telephone / laundry / room service bills before departure.
9. For security reasons, hotel rooms must be kept locked at all times. Valuables should be kept in hotel lockers / safe which are free of cost and you should get your room cleaned in your presence. 
10. Group members are requested to properly tag their luggage, get custom clearance at all airports & handle their baggage during the whole trip. Always make sure that your baggage is accompanying you in buses, group management is not responsible for baggage lost in transit. Keep your cash / valuables / travel documents in your hand baggage and keep them in your custody during transit.
11.  It is not always possible for group management to give multiple rooms next to each other for family members. Rooms may be given on any floor, and all the hotels have lift facility. 
12.  Novotel Hotel Makkah is approximately 2.5 km away from Haram Shareef. The advantage of staying there during Hajj days is easy access to / from Mina. 
13. The third bed in a triple room and the third or fourth bed in a Quad room are usually smaller in size than the normal bed sizes in the hotels. 
14. We have arranged Holiday Inn Category A Camp in Mina and Arafat, the location in Mina is in Zone 1 which is the closest to Jamarat. 
15. Group management is not responsible for any inconvenience due to flight and traffic delays.
16. Group members are responsible for Immigration, Airline Check-in and boarding on the Aircraft. If a group member is denied immigration or boarding the aircraft, the group management is not responsible. 
17.  During traveling, always follow the schedule given by the group management and be seated at the proposed time so that the group can move on the scheduled time. 
18. The meals are prepared by our partner hotels and Mina Camp and they fulfill general food requirements. Any specific individual meals cannot be prepared for any group member i.e. diet food, salt-free or oil- free food cannot be prepared. Meals are served only for group members and additional guests are not allowed by the hotels. Food is not allowed to be taken in the rooms by the hotel management. Meal timings should be obeyed strictly.
19. Group members are requested to get their medical check-up done. In case of any disability it is mandatory that they are accompanied by a healthy attendant. If the disability is of critical nature, the group management can request that person to go in some future group. 
20.  All essential medication should be attested from the Haji Camp and carried with them. Syrup & Liquid medicines are not allowed to be taken for Hajj. Meningitis vaccination, Flu Shot and Polio vaccination will be given by the Hajji Camp Lahore (near Railway Station). 
21. Group members are requested to read the published books on Hajj (which we will provide) so that they understand the requirements of Ihram and Hajj (Farz, Wajib and Sunnat). The holy journey of Hajj requires physical endurance, patience and mental stamina. Hajis are requested to be patient and helpful to others. 
22. We are all guests of Allah Almighty and the group management makes its best effort to serve you during this trip. The management consists of volunteers and group members are welcome to help us in thisvoluntary service that we are providing. If you are unable to volunteer, the best you can do is to follow all
the rules and regulations set forth above. 
23. In case of cancellation, if we are unable to substitute the applicant with another Haji because of shortage of time, then the whole package amount will be NON REFUNDABLE. If we are able to substitute the applicant, then cancellation charges will be applied as per actual.
